The attacks took place in Stoke Newington, Hackney and Islington and took place between 10:25 and 11:37pm, it is believed that all the attacks are linked and happened on food delivery drivers.

One person sustained injuries described by police as life-changing - and in both cases involving another moped rider, a vehicle was stolen.

One of the victims suffered life-changing injuries in the attacks on Thursday night carried out by two people riding around north London on a single moped.

The two suspects had stolen mopeds belonging to their victims and drove around the city and threw acid on strangers.

Mr Hussain said he didn't realise his face had been sprayed with acid when he was attacked at the Hackney Road junction with Queensbridge Road in Haggerston, east London, just before 10.25pm.

Disney Announces Main Aladdin Cast Including Will Smith
As well as locking down the talent involved, it was revealed that the film will not be a direct adaptation of the 1992 animation. Looks like those rumors about Disney having trouble casting its Aladdin were something of a fantastical carpet ride.

A 16-year-old boy from Kingsbury Road, on the border with Hackney, was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and robbery in the early hours of this morning.

Four attacks in east London which involved corrosive substances being thrown in peoples' faces are being investigated by Scotland Yard.

"I am clear that life sentences must not be reserved for acid attack survivors", she said.

Three of the victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. They stole his moped and left quickly. "Then I started screaming".

Police said a man was doused with a corrosive liquid around 15 minutes later on Cazenove Road causing "life-changing" facial injuries.

The Met is already working with the Home Office and other police services to look at developing tougher regulations which make it more hard for people to purchase these substances. In 2016 incidents of this nature were reported 458 times, compared to 261 in 2015, according to Met Police figures.

"Acid attacks are completely barbaric".
