Shia LaBeouf arrested in Georgia for being drunk in public, disorderly conduct

Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested in Georgia early Saturday morning after becoming "aggressive" toward a police officer while he was in an apparent drunken state, authorities said.

According to TMZ, LaBeouf was released at 11 a.m. on $3,500 bond.

Once again, actor Shia LaBeouf had been arrested on charges of public drunkenness, this time in Georgia. After being denied the cigarette he was seeking, Shia LaBeouf reportedly "became disorderly" by using profanities and vulgar language.

LaBeouf is now filming The Peanut Butter Falcon, which also stars Dakota Johnson.

He was arrested in October 2015 in Austin, Texas, also for being drunk in public and running through the streets of the city. LaBeouf's rep did not respond to a request for comment.

This is far from the first time the "Transformers" star has been in trouble with the law.

LaBeouf was also arrested (though not charged) in 2007 at in Chicago, after being told repeatedly to leave a Walgreens because he appeared intoxicated.

The officer then attempted to place Labeouf under arrest, but the actor "ran to a nearby hotel" and "was arrested in the hotel lobby, where his disorderly behavior continued", according to the report. Shia was accused of shoving another man who was protesting his anti-Trump "He Will Not Divide Us" online performance art project. The Transformers actor was arrested in 2014 after he disrupted a Cabaret performance in NY.
