A Fox Business Host Accused Of Sexual Harassment Has Been Suspended

Fox Business Network host Charles Payne was suspended amid an ongoing investigation into sexual harassment allegations against him, the company said in a statement Thursday night. Hughes, whose contract was not renewed by CNN after the election, returned to her native Tennessee and has recently expressed interest in running for Congress.

Payne, the host of Fox Business' "Making Money", is under investigation over a three-year relationship with a married political analyst who appeared as a guest on Fox Business and Fox News, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The HuffPo also notes that their sources state that the relationship between Hughes and Payne was a "widely known within the confines of the Fox Business world but a well-kept secret otherwise".

Photographic experts in the documentary compared the man to file photos of Noonan and say it looks very similar. The woman in the photo has short hair and broad shoulders that appear to match earlier photos taken of Earhart.

An analyst says the channel sidelined her after she ended an extramarital affair with Making Money host Charles Payne, the Los Angeles Times reports.

"We take issues of this nature extremely seriously and have a zero tolerance policy for any professional misconduct", FBN said in a statement.

Hughes is best known for her appearances on CNN a year ago in support of Donald Trump in which she made a handful of mistakes, including referring to Molotov cocktails as "Mazel Tov cocktails". The woman reportedly claimed her appearances on Fox shows were ended after she ended the relationship with Payne, the magazine said. A team of rotating substitute hosts will fill in for him during his suspension. Payne's attorney Neal Korval did not immediately respond to request for comment but told the Times the anchor "categorically denies" the allegations. Carlson's lawsuit helped to expose a hostile work culture of silence and harassment at 21st Century Fox that has undoubtedly persisted since Ailes was forced out. Earlier this week, Fox Sports National President Jamie Horowitz came under the axe amid a sexual harassment probe. Soon after, Ailes' "right-hand man" Bill Shine was sacked from his top executive spot at Fox amid reports that he had attempted to silence and retaliate against women who came forward to report harassment at the network.
