Chelsea 'agree personal terms' with Monaco ace

They will have a more demanding season as they also compete in the Champions League.

According to French journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi, the Blues have agreed to pay Monaco a transfer fee of €40 million (around £35.2 million) to bring Bakayoko to West London.

The midfield enforcer has been heavily linked with an exit from Monaco.

The complex would provide a world-class venue for outdoor events likes skiing and snowboarding. The complex, opened in 2014, offers 70 miles of slopes on a 4,000-foot mountain .

Matic was an important figure in the Chelsea line-up last season, making 30 starts in the league alongside N'Golo Kante, helping them win the title for the second time in three years.

It is believed Bakayoko chose to join Chelsea over Man Utd due to the fact he prefers Antonio Conte over Mourinho.

Speaking on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, the former Blues star and assistant boss said: "I was really disappointed to read they are looking at Bakayoko from Monaco".

"You have seen already in the two games he has played up to now [at the European Championship] he looks a class act in and amongst people of his own age".

It's not quite Robin Van Persie moving from Arsenal to Manchester United, but Chelsea fans won't be happy to see one of their key players is going to be potentially shipped off to a rival club this summer.
