Bernie Sanders Calls GOP Health Care Bill 'Most Harmful' Ever

According to Sanders, the Republican repeal of the Affordable Care Act will cause the deaths of people with chronic illnesses who can't afford health insurance will either die "or suffer year after year after year" - and the goal of the bill, he claims, is to benefit "the top two percent". Bernie Sanders (I-VT) continues his assault on the entire party, deepening a rift that began during his losing bid for the Democratic presidential nomination. "The Trump brand is also pretty bad, as is the Republican brand. That's why so many people are giving up on politics". After Democrat Jon Ossoff lost the Georgia special House election, a lot of the party's lawmakers confessed that they're anxious about the party's future. But the June 14 event won't make Republicans more likely to vote for gun control as they are, too, in debt to the National Rifle Association (NRA). Bernie Sanders continued, "Democrats did much better than was the case in the last election". Apparently, you can't be vocally in favor of reproductive rights and voting rights and civil rights, none of which Sanders mentioned, because then white voters won't feel special enough, I guess. When nearly two-thirds of governors chairs are controlled by Republicans.

Sanders told Cooper what he believes the Democrats have to do to win back voters.

Sanders doubled down on his claim in an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper later that evening, explaining that like Trump's 2018 budget, his heath care bill will wreak havoc on the lives of his own voters. To be more specific, Mr. Sanders was referring to a progressive agenda and, of course, rebuilding the party in the states they have ignored for decades.
