Dealership shooting in Texas kills 3

This is the terrifying moment a shootout between bounty hunters and a fugitive broke out inside a vehicle dealership in Texas, leaving three people dead.

The two men had pursued Ramon Michael Hutchinson, 49, to a Nissan dealership in Greenville, about 50 miles northeast of Dallas Tuesday.

Hutchinson had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a first-degree drug charge from the Hennepin County Sherriff's Department in Minneapolis.

"I've been told that the two gentleman approached him with handcuffs and were going to try to arrest him and that's when the shooting started", Ford said. The bounty hunters fired back, a total of about 20 shots in succession in just six seconds, the Morning News says.

Officers responding to calls of multiple gunshots at the dealership arrived to find three men dead, city officials said in a prepared statement.

According to family members, two of the men killed were bounty hunters from Corpus Christi.

Zuma weaker, not stronger after NEC meeting
The poll suggests that Zuma's support is in a tailspin after it showed he had the backing of 54% of ANC voters in December 2016. Some NEC members said he was "at war with everybody" and was stripping them of their right to speak.

"He always performed his investigations with the utmost integrity", Peters said, adding that Garcia commonly wore both audio and visual recording devices while working. It reportedly involves bounty hunters and their target. One of their bail investigators, Stew Peters, said Garcia was one of their go-to professionals.

The bounty hunters should have notified local law enforcement, he says, if they were planning to move on a fugitive with an aggravated felony.

Dealership owner Rick Ford says the first two men to arrive waited several hours for the third man to show up.

Similarly, Bernal and Garcia didn't follow standard bounty hunter protocol, says Michael Phariss, the division chief of Texas Response Group, a private security and investigations firm in Carrollton.

The dealership owner said the business will remain closed Wednesday and perhaps also Thursday as they make repairs and clean up shattered glass from the shooting.

CBS News has not been able to independently confirm that detail and a friend of one of the bounty hunters said he would "not misrepresent himself".
