Huawei Intros Nova 2 & Nova 2 Plus With 4GB Of RAM, Nougat

Recently Huawei has launched its two new smart-phones Nova 2 and Nova 2Plus in China. The hybrid dual sim smartphone supports 4G network and comes will all connectivity features like GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB Type C. The Huawei Nova measures 142.2 x 68.9 x 6.9mm and weighs 143 grams. Huawei also added a little bit of fun to the pack by making available four colorful protection cases. Inside we find a Kirin 659 CPU, an octa-core developed by the company itself operating at a speed of 2.36 GHz and with a Mali T830 MP2 GPU. Huawei Nova 2 is priced at RMB 2,499 (approximately Rs 23,000), while the Nova 2 Plus is priced at RMB 2,899 (approximately Rs 27,000).As far as the design is concerned, the mid-ranger Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus feature metal unibody and have a striking resemblance to Huawei P10 flagship smartphones. The new Huawei Y6 (2017) edition is listed now on Huawei's official France website. It packs in 128GB of flash storage, while the Nova 2 comes with 64GB of storage. Apart from the bigger size, both the Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus comes with the same design. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box with the customized EMUI 5.1 laid on top.

Both smartphones will come in several color options, such as black, gold, rose gold, blue, and green. On the front, it again has a 20-megapixel selfie snapper.

At the rear, the new smartphone boasts a dual-camera setup comprising of a 12MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor.

With the same camera system, the latest differences are found in the battery of the Huawei Nova 2 Plus that grows up to 3,340 mAh and, of course, in its dimensions and weight.

The Dual camera setup of the smart-phone consist of one 12mega pixel sensor camera with f/1.8 aperture which gives a wider angle and the second one which is 8mega pixel sensor camera telephoto lens for zooming option.

The USB port and the speaker grills of Nova 2 and Nova 2 Plus are located at the bottom edge and the volume keys and power buttons are on the right edge of the handsets. With all features gathered in one, the Huawei Nova will be available at a cost of CNY 2,499 while the Huawei Nova 2 Plus has a price tag of CNY 2,899. Along with these two devices, the company also launched the Huawei branded Panoramic camera that costs just 899 Yuan (approx $130 / Rs. 8,5000).
