Putin warns of risks of governments creating hacking tools

Russian President Vladimir Putin plays piano before meeting Chinese leader Xi Jinping on the first day of the Belt and Road Forum in Beijing, China May 14, 2017.

"I don't know. I think first we need to get together, discuss things, and choose the melody in accordance with the results", Putin told journalists at a press conference in Beijing after the conclusion of "One Belt, One Road" worldwide forum.

Asked at a news briefing in Beijing on Monday about his performance, Putin said he had just been idly toying around with the keys while he waited for his meeting to start with Chinese leader Xi Jinping on the sidelines of an global forum.

Russian news agency Sputnik said Putin played two songs, "Moscow Windows", an unofficial Moscow anthem, and "The City on the Free Neva River", a song about St. Petersburg.

The piano performance was no different, with many on social media tweeting about the video and suggesting someone tune the piano.

McMaster has also warned Russian Federation against what he described as "Russia's disruptive behavior". Russia's proposal for zones took effect last week, covering areas in the west of the country.

"Thirdly, I think it is right that the decision was taken not for two or three or four months but for nine months, to the next year".

The date for the much-anticipated meeting between Trump and Putin has not been set but it's likely that they would meet at the G-20 summit in July in Germany. Putin was caught on camera in front of the piano at the Beijing residence. "But they made a decision to post it".

This isn't the first time we've seen Putin showing off his interests outside of politics. But he has also displayed his artistic side, singing Fats Domino's Blueberry Hill in English at a charity event in 2010.

"I want to confirm that we are categorically against the expansion of the club of nuclear powers, including with the Korean Peninsula and North Korea", said Putin, who said any such move would be "harmful and dangerous".
