'Dr Phil' to air 2nd interview with Hernandez's fiancee

"I believe there is some uncounted time".

It was 5:27 a.m. on April 19 when a prison official called Jenkins-Hernandez to say the former National Football League star had been found dead at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Massachusetts, she said. The couple never married, but Jenkins Hernandez legally took his last name.

Shayanna also indicated she was completely shocked, thought it was a "hoax", when she received the news of his death.

"It's just not the Aaron that I know", Jenkins-Hernandez said in the interview.

"He was very positive, so excited to come home", she recalled. She cried several times in the excerpts released by the show. "We were definitely leaning more toward an innocent verdict". "When asked if the handwriting on the note belonged to Hernandez, Jenkins said: "(It) was similar, but I feel like, again, you have nothing but time in there so I feel like it's easily duplicated or could be".

Oddly, Jenkins-Hernandez insisted to Dr. Phil that her hubby-to-be was optimistic about returning home in a phone call the night before he killed himself.

A MA judge last week overturned that conviction, citing a state legal principle that allows a verdict to be vacated if the defendant dies before he has exhausted the appeals process.

Hernandez was found dead in his prison cell April 19 at Souza Baranowski Correction Center in Shirley, five days after he was acquitted of double-murder charges. "[It] had nothing to do with any suicidal thoughts. I don't know. I don't know".

The Best Donald Trump and Sean Spicer Moments from 'Saturday Night Live'
In the sketch, Che's Holt is shocked when Baldwin-as-Trump admits to firing Comey because of the Russian Federation probe. Three months ago, McCarthy debuted her Sean Spicer impersonation during SNL's open, which immediately went viral.

Jenkins-Hernandez says Aaron was upbeat in their final conversation.

CBS Sports reports that since Hernandez's 2013 murder conviction was overturned, the Patriots owe him - or his estate - more than $6 million. Lloyd was dating Jenkins-Hernandez's sister. She wore her engagement ring in the Dr. Phil interview. McGraw said that seemed to him Hernandez told his fiancee he was going to kill himself.

"I don't at all [believe the report]", she said. "She thought daddy was at work. she knows nothing about jail, prison".

Members of the Hernandez family are investigating his death independently, claiming they believe he was actually murdered.

When he died, Aaron Hernandez left behind three suicide notes. In fact, Aaron Hernandez's fiancee told Dr. Phil that his recent acquittal had become the "high point" in his ongoing legal battle.

In his suicide note to Jenkins-Hernandez, the footballer wrote: "YOU'RE RICH". It was addressed to "Shay", she said, rather than the more familiar "Babe" or "Bae". "I don't think this was a suicide, knowing him".

She said he also didn't sign the note "your soul mate", which she said he usually did.

She added: "It screamed love, but it wasn't personal. And that was it", she said. It wasn't intimate.... There were some odd parts where It didn't make sense.
