People and Places: Time to start hunting for Easter eggs

Several Easter egg hunts are set for this weekend for children throughout Idaho County.

While it will be held in a new location, the Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Park Party is sure to once again delight the little ones and their parents alike.

Good Friday. noon-3 p.m. meditations with organ accompaniment; 7:30 p.m. mass at St. John's Episcopal Church, 6715 Georgetown Pike, McLean. There will be two hunts divided by age group, one for children under five and one for children ages six to 12. "It's an event that's nothing but fun, easy to do and brings the community together". All participants must sign an electronic waiver before arriving at the event.

Entry to the grounds will be free with fair style tickets being sold so people can choose their favorite activities.
